PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order? 

Only2Me offers a full range of payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, cash point and COD. All our transactions are secure and your data is protected.

Please go to www.paypal.com for more information on PayPal payments.

Payment at a cash point can be made using the Multibanco network. This type of payment usually takes 1 working day to reach the bank. Your order will only be dispatched when we receive confirmation of its payment.

Payment by cash on delivery is available in Mainland Portugal and the islands.

When will I be charged?

When authorised, payment by credit card is immediate and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

If the card is refused you will be informed immediately by our system when you are completing your order. 

With cash on delivery orders, payment is made upon delivery and in cash.

SHIPMENT CHARGES

Shipment is free within Mainland Portugal. Outside Mainland Portugal, we charge the following:

The Azores and Madeira - €10
European Union - €15
Remaining countries in Europe: €20
Other countries – to be confirmed when placing the order.
For orders of €250 or above, delivery is free of charge

RETURNS 

Can I return a product?

Of course. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the product within 14 days counting from the date you receive it.

We only accept the return of new products and in their original packaging. Shipping charges for returned items are the Client’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

How do I return a product?

You should return the product to the address given below, together with the proof of purchase and indicating the reason for the return/complaint. The refund will be made within 48 hours after receiving the shoes and/or validation of the complaint.

Do you exchange products?

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour; the procedure will be similar to returning a product, with an indication of the exchange you would like to make. Shipment charges on returns or exchanges are of the client’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Do I need to register to make an on-line purchase?

You will have to register to make a purchase at the on-line store. By registering you will also have access to special campaigns and discounts.

What are the shipment charges?

Shipment is free of charge within Mainland Portugal. Outside Mainland Portugal, we charge the following:

Do you deliver outside Portugal?

Yes, we deliver outside Portugal.

How will I receive the products after I have placed my order?

When placing your order, you will provide us with the address where you intend to receive the products. Delivery will be made within 48 hours.

Can I exchange the shoes? Within how many days?

Yes, you may exchange the products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The shoes must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Can I return products, requesting a refund?

You may return items within 14 days. The refund is made by bank transfer within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Many days have passed since I made the on-line purchase and I still haven’t received the product? What should I do?

Send an e-mail to info@only2me.com or contact us by phone on + 351 22 375 90 85, indicating your name and the date you placed your order. We will contact you within 48 hours.
