How can I pay for my order?
The only2me has at your disposal several methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Paypal, ATM. If you wish to use Visa Electron must have prior authorization from the issuing bank.
If you choose to pay via Paypal when making the payment, you will be redirected to the Paypal login page where, after logging into your account, you must complete the payment.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can open an account and, then, complete your order.
Payment by ATM concerns only orders made from Portugal and it is a process that can take between 1-2 working days.
Payment must be made in the exact mount of order. The buyer will incur ball the transaction costs.
The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment proof.
Payment must be made within a period of five (5) days.
If payment is not received within that period of time, the order will be canceled.
All transactions are safe and your personal data is protected.
Your order will be sent as soon as we confirm receipt of payment.
Sold out or canceled items - the refund will be made by bank transfer.
When will l be charged?
For orders paid by credit card or debit card, only2me will charge the amount when the order is shipped. For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be taken from your account upon confirmation of the order. In any case, you will only pay the items that will actually be shipped.
Will l receive an invoice?
Yes, the invoice is sent together with your order.
Shipments are free of charge for deliveries to Mainland Portugal.
Out of Mainland Portugal, we charge the following:
Azores and Madeira - 10€
European Union - 25€
Other countries – to be informed upon order confirmation
For orders of 250€ or above, the shipment is free of charge, regardless of the d estination.
Shipment fees are only applied to shoes, hats and other accessories as per the below costs;
Portugal Mainland - 5€
Azores and Madeira - 15€
European Union - 25€
Can I return a product?
Of course. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the product within 14 days counting from the date you receive it.
We only accept the return of new products and in their original packaging. Shipping charges for returned items are the Client’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
How do I return a product?
You should return the product to the address given below, together with the proof of purchase and indicating the reason for the return/complaint. The refund will be made within 48 hours after receiving the shoes and/or validation of the complaint.

Do you exchange products?
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour; the procedure will be similar to returning a product, with an indication of the exchange you would like to make. Shipment charges on returns or exchanges are of the client’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Do I need to register to make an on-line purchase?
You will have to register to make a purchase at the on-line store. By registering you will also have access to special campaigns and discounts.
What are the shipment charges?
Shipment is free of charge within Mainland Portugal. Outside Mainland Portugal, we charge the following:

Yes, we deliver outside Portugal.
How will I receive the products after I have placed my order?
When placing your order, you will provide us with the address where you intend to receive the products. Delivery will be made within 48 hours.
Can I exchange the shoes? Within how many days?
Yes, you may exchange the products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The shoes must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Can I return products, requesting a refund?
You may return items within 14 days. The refund is made by bank transfer within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Many days have passed since I made the on-line purchase and I still haven’t received the product? What should I do?
